  • Make your own salad:

Lettuce, baby spinach, cabbage, scallions, cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots, radishes, olives, sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes, avocados, crumbled feta, eggs, corn, peas, pickles, croutons.

Dressings: Honey-mustard vinaigrette, Homemade Caesar.

  • Tuna salad.
  • Pasta salad with Pesto sauce. Everyone’s favorite!
  • Humus with Tehini (homemade !], Mediterranean style.
  • Labaneh (Mediterranean yogurt cheese, served with olive oil and Za’atar).
  • Cheese and crackers.
  • Regular and whole wheat pita bread.

Coffee, tea water & lemonade.
