Menu #1

 

  • Green salad in pomegranate – vinaigrette dressing with fresh apples.
  • Pasta salad with homemade tomato and eggplant sauce. Classic
  • Corn salad, Mexican style, a bit spicy. Something different!
  • Lima bean salad, Italian style.
  • Rice salad: basmati, brown and wild rice, mixed with sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil. Celebration of taste and coolers
  • Salmon in orange sauce. The north ocean meets the Mediterranean
  • Seasonal fruits
  • Cheese cake

  • Pea soup: earthy, warm, delicious and filling soup.
  • Green salad with fresh fruits in pomegranate-vinaigrette sauce.
  • Variety of quiche. Even the fish eater will not resist them!
  • Salmon, baked in orange sauce. The north ocean meets the Mediterranean.
  • Plain pasta with Parmesan cheese. The kid’s choice…
  • Apples baked with honey, served with vanilla ice-cream. Exactly as my grandmother use to make!
  • “Extreme chocolate” squares: heaven at mid-way between brownies and fudge.

  • Caprese salad (tomato, mozzarella and basil).
  • Vegetables and bean soup, Italian style.

 

Main course

  • Salmon, Hawaiian style.
  • Side dishes:
  • Golden Yukon potatoes, baked in whipped cream and garlic. As good as a sine…
  • Roasted asparagus- simple and great

 

Desserts

  • Double chocolate cakes
  • Apples baked with honey, served with vanilla ice-cream

Appetizers (cocktail)

  • Puffed olives (olives wrapped with cheese dough and baked)
  • Fresh figs with goat cheese
